InClusion Services is vendored through the Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center and South Central Regional Center. Contact your Service Coordinator for authorization and referral information.

Daily Activities
All activities are catered to each individuals preference. Activities are planned on a monthly with the consumer and the Instructor.
Visitations
Parents and caregivers are welcome to visit the Day Program at anytime. Family may also participate in social events such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Valentine's Day dances
Transportation
InClusion Services Adult Day Program provides transportation to and from the Day Program for any eligible consumer. Contact your Service Coordinator for more information.

Entrance Criteria

Consumer must be ranging in age from 18 to 59 years; ICS will also accept consumer 60+ years old with Regional Center’s and Community Care Licensing approval.

Consumer must have a diagnosis of an Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Autism or any other pervasive developmental disorder recognized by the Regional Center.

Consumer must require supervision and assistance for moderate deficits in self-help skills and adaptive functioning.
Program Ratio
InClusion Services Adult Day Program maintains a 3:1 ration. This mean we have 1 Instructor for 3 consumer. Consumers are constantly supervised and supported by Instructors and management at all times.
